Through PROMISSORY NOTE (PN )
PN from NON-RATED BANK can be utilized. NO SWIFT, NO Bank Letter Head.NO Upfront Payment.
Bank Email is Required.
Our associates can do 35% to 65% pay-out or LTV in 10 days and 65 days.
Minimum Value PN of €500Million EUROs for a period of 1year.
PROCEDURE:
Beneficiary (Company) provides CIS. TFD Agreement Letter for Company’s information- Agreement is not to be signed at this time.
Company’s Bank sends confirmatory email (First Bank Email) to TFD or TFDs processing Bank stating Bank will Stamp PN in the format attached and dispatch in line with procedure.
Company signs and sends TFD Agreement Letter, Board Resolution, Power of Attorney.
Bank Statement or BCL can be provided but is not compulsory.
TFD may subsequently sign for Company the Loan/PN documentation or other relevant documentation already provided by TFD to Company for review if necessary.
TFD must give Final Approval before PN is signed, Bank Seal is affixed and Company Sends PN through Bank email.
Company ensures its Bank sends another email (Second Bank Email) directly to designated receiving Bank and institutions copying TFD.
Company sends hard copy original of PN Instrument through Bank bonded courier.
Company receives payout as indicated in TFD/Agreement Schedule.
OTHER INFORMATION:
Promissory Note endorsed by AAA Rated and local NON-RATED Bank is admissible based on TFD approval
PN must be Sealed by Bank and must be sent from Bank email (Hard copy original of PN sent by Bank bonded courier afterwards according to procedure).
PN does NOT require Swift.
PN does NOT need to be on bank letterhead.
